REFUND POLICY

Our refund & cancellation policies are in place to ensure clarity to all customers in cases where cancellation occurs. By accepting Moove Motion Fitness Club’s Terms & Conditions, I understand that Moove Motion Fitness Club reserves the right to make any necessary changes to refund and booking policies without prior notice.

  1. Cancellations must be done at least 24 hours before for a refund to be considered. All cancellations must be emailed to Sunninghill.clubmanager@moovemfc.co.za  
  2. In case of inclement weather, the booked session can be rescheduled by emailing Sunninghill.clubmanager@moovemfc.co.za
  3. All bookings require an online payment via the booking website
  4. In the unlikely event that Moove Motion Fitness Club cancels your booking Moove Motion Fitness Club will endeavour to provide alternative days or times for re-arranged bookings or a refund in this unlikely scenario.
  5. All refunds/credit are at the discretion of Moove Motion Fitness Club Senior Management.
  6. Any cancellation made by the customer, less than 24 hours before a booking will NOT be eligible for any amount of refund.
  7. Refunds & credit will be processed within 7 working days
  8. Non-members and visitors need to have a profile with Move Motion Fitness Club and credits to access the facility.
